What can't be returned?
- Unfortunately, due to freshness concerns, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans or grounds.
What items are eligible for return?
- Unopened and unused merchandise in its original packaging with tags attached
- Must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to initiate a return:

- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damage Claims:
- We are responsible for any damage that occurs during transit with our standard shipping carriers (USPS or UPS, depending on your selection at checkout).
- For special carrier selections made by the customer, responsibility for damage or loss shifts to the chosen carrier.
